Provision for gifted and talented students caught up how is your school doing
The focus of the workshop is on how a school can use contemporary research to review its current provision for gifted and talented students and for identifying possible ways of improving it.
It will comprise 3 sessions. Each session will examine one aspect of the current provision.
Participants will be encouraged to apply the content to their school’s current provision.
Session 1: What does gifted learning, in its multiple forms, ‘look like’ in the classroom?
Session 2: What practices are used to identify talented outcomes and the multiple types of gifted learning
profiles?
Session 3: How is educational provision differentiated in the classroom?
Saturday will offer keynotes and a variety of sessions suited to all those interested in meeting the needs of Gifted Education.
