This presentation will assist parents with practical strategies to break down some of the barriers between parents and the schooling system to set up conversations for success. Understanding the constraints and priorities of the education system can alleviate some of the frustrations experienced by parents. This presentation runs for 35 minutes with a limited opportunity for questions at the conclusion of the event. Anthony Stevens has been the Qld State President of QAGTC for over 10 years. Anthony has worked with numerous international presenters and has presented at conferences at the State and National level. His experience as a school administrator offers a deep insight into the issues faced by parents and schools in supporting gifted children.
